Biography

Erika is responsible for managing YCP Solidiance's client relationships and operational growth across the Middle East, covering our offices in the UAE and Lebanon, and our projects across MENA. Erika is based primarily in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She brings over 13 years of strategy consulting experience in the Middle East, working with global Fortune 500 firms as well as leading corporations, government bodies and foundations across the Middle East, Asia, Europe and North America in the banking, construction, chemicals, machinery, automotive and Greentech sectors. She has also managed several digital and software development projects across the region for her clients. Erika speaks fluent English, Japanese, conversational French and survival Arabic. 

Education: Bachelor's degree from McGill University, Postgraduate degree in Sustainability from the University of Cambridge, and an Executive MBA at Stanford University.
