Biography

Jean-Michel was educated at the University of Paris II, School of Law at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1982) and the University of Paris Panthéon Sorbonne, (DEA in European Law, 1986); He graduated from New York University (M.C.J., 1987). Trainee at the Legal Department of the E.U. Commission in 1985 and he was also a client member of the Brussels Bar in 1986. He is a client member of the NYU Club of Europe and speaks French and English.
