Based in Ho Chi Minh City with the regional scope of experience and responsibility, Michael has advised Fortune 500 companies on market growth strategies - including market-entry, market penetration, distribution strategy and distributor prioritization, acquisition search, channel analysis and recommendations, competitor benchmarking, and investment feasibility studies.
