Smaller businesses, neither require nor can afford a full-time CFO (Chief Financial Officer) or a COO (Chief Operations Officer). However, they need to accelerate their growth, tenfold or more. We have the expertise to customize the model to evaluate, grow and exit, as your CTO (Chief Transformation Officer).

• Evaluate your business : Together, we evaluate, the financial position, the performance analysis, the funds, the people, the organization structure, the process, the costing, the pricing, the product, the market, the partners and everything around it, which is not possible when you are trying to cope up with the daily requirements. Once the SWOT is quantified, we move to the next phase.

• Invest in growth: Growth requires discipline & investment. It can be in the form of some of the following or all. Time, upgrading team, sharing of profits, sharing of equity, investing in information, forming affiliations, acquisitions, revenue sharing models and so on. It requires a clear vision and discipline. We quantify what’s ideal and prepare a roadmap, help identify the right partner, structure the details of the deal, negotiate on your behalf, support due diligence and handhold through earn-out and exit.
