Biography

Mr. Shyaka Stephen is from Uganda. He has studied in Christian University and completed his Bachelor Of Laws, LLB. He has done Masters in Business Administration (MBA)from Esclasca Bussiness School of Paris. He worked as Inspector/Enforcement in the Lottery, Gaming and Regulatory Board Ministry Of Finance, Planning and Economic Development of Uganda.
