Biography

Fourteen years of providing legal services and interaction with various clients, government officials, mentors, employees, and colleagues made me a resilient leader and professional. I maintain a postgraduate diploma in legal practice and a master’s degree in corporate and commercial laws. I also have a business management diploma from the Joseph Business school, which has equipped me with vital skills in corporate governance and administration. I am a chartered company secretary and I seat on several boards in that capacity. Having advised several notable companies and NGOs within Tanzania as well as abroad, I am well versed in dealing with commercial legal transactions and offering effective legal counseling. My experience comprises several legal sectors/practice including, banking and finance, corporate restructuring, copyrights and trademark, high-level due diligence, real estate/conveyancing, liquidation as well as immigration and labor matters. I am well known for my perseverance and ability to tackle any complex legal matter with poise and certainty. I am also a dedicated and committed Partner that gets involved in all client negotiations ensuring excellence throughout my dealings. Including handling the successful business development of Hilton Law Group, I have also been involved in several notable accomplishments including the completion of forensic due diligence on behalf of the USA Government, twelve mergers and acquisitions, six Liquidations, and Immigration and labor advisory of 100 employees of a Polish entity, I have also managed huge due diligence assignments for multinational companies among others.
