Susan is a qualified practicing advocate in Tanzania. She has eleven years’ experience in the legal practice of both Uganda and Tanzania. She holds Master’s Degree in Corporate and Commercial laws and has over the past years has displayed skills in project finance (energy related transactions) including drafting and reviewing contracts, power purchase agreements, leases for renewable energy projects, carrying out due diligence reviews and issuing regulatory legal opinions. She has been involved in international and local mergers and acquisition with respect to Insurance, Hotels, and telecommunication companies. Susan has dealt with various security transactions in the creation and perfection of security interests, registration of chattels, advising banks through legal opinions to mention but a few
