I am a corporate lawyer having experience in advising international and domestic clients on a range of matters across sector, including in general corporate and commercial laws, information technology, labour and employment, education, intellectual property, pharmaceutical laws and related laws. I have worked extensively on corporate advisory matters which include advice on setting up of entities and regulatory compliances required to be done/undertaken under Indian Foreign Exchange Regulations and Companies Act. I am regularly involved in providing legal opinions under various Indian legislations including the Companies Act, foreign exchange regulations, intellectual property laws, labour and employment law. I am also engaged in due diligence of companies and other entities and regularly drafts agreements such as employment contracts, joint venture agreements, share subscription and shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, collaboration agreements and services agreements.
